Acads Trainer

We are looking for passionate and dynamic Acads Trainer to join our team at Vedantu Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru.

If you’re enthusiastic about training, coaching, and empowering educators to make an impact in the EdTech space, this role is for you! You’ll help design and deliver impactful learning programs that drive excellence and continuous improvement across Vedantu’s teaching teams.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver engaging training sessions for teachers and mid-level professionals.
• Design and manage training modules focused on communication, facilitation, classroom delivery, and learner engagement.
• Conduct needs analysis, gather feedback, and improve training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Master Teachers, Class Teachers, and stakeholders to bridge skill gaps.
• Evaluate the impact of training programs using reports and performance metrics.
• Foster a positive learning culture aligned with Vedantu’s values: excellence, ownership, and student obsession.
• Support teachers by connecting them with relevant teams for resolution outside the training scope.

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
• Full-Time: 2+ years’ experience in Training, L&D, or Soft Skills facilitation.
• Internship (6 Months): Open to fresh graduates/postgraduates passionate about people development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Team player with a go-getter attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in Training, L&D, or Adult Learning.
• Experience in EdTech or online teaching platforms.
