Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Academic Head to lead the academic strategy and execution across all courses offered at Elance Learning. This is a senior leadership role responsible for academic planning, quality control, faculty coordination, student outcomes, and curriculum development. You will serve as the key liaison between subject matter experts, mentors, faculty, and internal departments to ensure academic excellence and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall academic strategy for ACCA, CA, CMA, and other relevant programs
• Ensure curriculum is aligned with global standards and exam requirements, with regular updates based on regulatory changes
• Oversee and manage faculty onboarding, training, performance, and retention
• Set up academic KPIs including pass rates, content quality, faculty ratings, and student satisfaction
• Collaborate with the content, tech, and operations teams to ensure smooth and effective content delivery via LMS
• Monitor academic performance across batches and initiate academic interventions or mentoring when required
• Evaluate and continuously improve teaching methodologies, learning outcomes, and student engagement
• Conduct regular academic audits, assessments, and feedback reviews
• Act as the academic face of the brand in seminars, student forums, and institutional collaborations
  
  
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• 6 months to 1 year of teaching, guest lecturing, or academic involvement (coaching institute/college/university/edtech)
• Passion for education with a strong understanding of professional accounting curriculum (CA, ACCA, CMA)
• Exposure to curriculum planning, content review, or academic coordination is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership potential, with ability to guide faculty, oversee academic quality, and enhance student learning outcomes
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
