Area Business Manager / Area Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Area Business Manager / Area Manager to lead a sales team and drive secured loan business (Home Loans, MSME Loans, Loan Against Property) in the Faridabad market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2C field sales and strong leadership skills to manage a large team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 4–10 sales executives to achieve business targets.
• Drive sales of secured loan products – HL, MSME Loans, and LAP.
• Manage end-to-end loan sales cycle: lead generation, customer acquisition, documentation, disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and customers.
• Monitor team performance, track productivity, and implement corrective measures.
• Conduct regular training and reviews to improve sales effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
• Provide regular MIS reports and business updates to senior management.

Must-Have Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in team handling.
• Prior experience managing a team of 4–10 members.
• Strong knowledge of secured loan products (Home Loans / MSME Loans / LAP).
• Proven B2C field sales experience with target achievement track record.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Strong market knowledge of Faridabad/NCR region preferred.
