In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Works closely with Service operations team for scheduling the field service engineer (FSE) visits
• Ensure the response TAT and resolution TATs targets are achieved
• Ensure 100% contracts coverage in the territory and on time submission of Service reports
• Develop good relationships with customers to enhance the customer satisfaction levels (95% CSAT score)
• Cross team co-ordination exchange of spares and contracts leads with Service Sales team.
• Discipline on CRM packages of Service Max and SFDC
• Publish Zonal DM boards on service operation and conduct daily stand-up calls with FSE
  
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 10-12 years’ experience with a degree in Electronics/Instrumentation preferably having worked on Hach / similar products
• Willingness to relocate across India basis job / company priorities
• Willingness to travel (:70% travel time within the zone)
• Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations, and business teams
• Expertise in MS office. Exposure to Copilot AI tool would be added advantage
• Proactive and action-oriented with an eye for detail
• Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth in a rapidly evolving market
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain customer relationships
