Responsibilities

• dentify, approach, and build relationships with YouTubers, financial educators, business influencers, and content creators.
• Develop and execute YouTube collaboration strategies to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, sponsorship agreements, and campaign deliverables with creators and agencies.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, content, and design teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Manage sponsored content, interviews, podcast appearances, brand integrations, and promotional campaigns on YouTube.
• Monitor collaboration performance using YouTube Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Track campaign KPIs, audience reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Stay updated with YouTube trends, creator insights, and competitor activities.
• Maintain a database of content creators, media partners, and collaboration opportunities.
• Generate reports and recommendations to optimize future partnerships and campaigns.
