Job Summary:
We are hiring a Technical Consultant with strong system configuration expertise to drive end-to-end setup and delivery of Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) solutions for enterprise clients. This role is primarily focused on hands-on system configuration, technical problem-solving, and ensuring robust solution deployment while working closely with functional consultants, project managers, and integration teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep product understanding, strong ownership, and the ability to independently manage system configuration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own end-to-end system configuration and setup across Workforce Management modules
· Configure Time & Attendance rules, pay policies, schedules, absence rules, and workflows
· Translate business and functional requirements into system configurations
· Collaborate with Implementation Consultants and Project Managers on solution design and delivery
· Validate configuration through unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
· Troubleshoot configuration issues and resolve system defects during implementation
· Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
· Ensure system readiness for go-live and support cutover and hypercare activities
· Optimize configurations for performance, scalability, and compliance
· Document configurations, design decisions, and reusable setup templates
· Continuously enhance configuration frameworks and accelerators for reuse
Required Skills:
· Strong experience in system configuration for Workforce Management / HCM platforms
· Hands-on expertise in Time & Attendance configuration (rules, policies, workflows)
· Ability to independently manage configuration lifecycle from design to deployment
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
· Experience supporting testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and defect resolution
Technical Skills:
· Configuration expertise in WFM platforms such as Workforce Software, UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle
· Basic SQL knowledge for validation and troubleshooting
· Understanding of integrations and data flows between systems
· Exposure to debugging tools and log analysis
Domain Experience:
· Strong understanding of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management
· Familiarity with workforce policies, compliance, and payroll impacts
· Experience working in global or enterprise implementations preferred
