The company operates within the FMCG industry, focusing on cosmetics and toiletries, and is based in Hyderabad.

Job Description

  • Handle Windows Administration and related system management tasks.
  • Support and maintain Desktop as a Service (DaaS) environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues efficiently.
  • Ensure security and compliance for Windows systems.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to improve system performance.
  • Monitor and manage system updates and configurations.
  • Provide user support for Windows-based systems and DaaS platforms.
  • Document processes and maintain system logs.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Administration.
  • Experience with Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solutions.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well with technology teams and end-users.
  • Familiarity with system security and compliance practices.
