About The Role

The incumbent will oversee end-to-end visa processing operations for clients. The role involves managing visa documentation, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, coordinating with embassies/consulates, handling client escalations, and leading an operations team to deliver timely and accurate visa services.

What You Will Be Doing

Client Handling & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding visa procedures and documentation.
  • Provide guidance on immigration policies, travel requirements, and compliance updates.
  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues professionally.

Team Management

  • Supervise and train visa processing executives/coordinators.
  • Allocate workloads and monitor team productivity and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular process audits and performance reviews.

Visa Operations Management

  • Manage corporate visa processing operations for multiple destinations/countries.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and verification of visa applications and supporting documents
  • Monitor application timelines and ensure adherence to embassy/consulate requirements.
  • Track visa status updates and maintain operational MIS reports

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws, embassy regulations, and company
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client documents and personal information.
  • Keep updated with changing visa rules, travel advisories, and global immigration policies.

Process Improvement =

  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
  • Develop standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
  • Support automation and digitization initiatives in visa processing.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel operations.
  • Prior team handling experience preferred.
  • Experience handling tourist, business, visas.
  • Familiarity with Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, UAE, and APAC visa processes.
  • Experience working with travel agencies, immigration consultancies, or corporate mobility services.
