Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer & Editor role based in Surat. The Videographer & Editor will plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the creative and marketing teams to understand project briefs, setting up camera and lighting equipment, capturing high-quality footage, and assembling raw material into polished videos. The role also involves selecting music, adding basic motion graphics or text overlays, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing video formats for different channels. The ideal candidate will contribute creative ideas, maintain organized file management, and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications

• Strong video production skills, including planning, storyboarding, and executing end-to-end video projects.
• Proficiency in camera operation and handling different types of camera equipment for various shooting scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with shooting video in studio and on-location settings, with attention to framing and composition.
• Knowledge of lighting techniques and setups to achieve high-quality, consistent visuals.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic color correction and audio editing.
• Ability to collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams and translate concepts into engaging video content.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in film production, media, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous videography and editing work is required.
