We're looking for someone who owns a video from raw idea to final export - not just someone who cuts what's handed to them. AI is part of your toolkit, not a gimmick.
You'll shape concepts, sharpen scripts, and know instantly what a viral Reel needs versus a killer product film.

We're looking for someone who owns a video from raw idea to final export - not just someone who cuts what's handed to them. AI is part of your toolkit, not a gimmick.
You'll shape concepts, sharpen scripts, and know instantly what a viral Reel needs versus a killer product film.
What you'll own
- Short-form social, long-form content, paid ad creative, and product films
- AI-generated footage - prompting, shot direction, and consistent character/brand look across generations
- Concept and script input - stronger hooks, tighter edits, sharper storytelling
- New format pitches - you test, you iterate, you chase what performs
- Full post pipeline - color, sound, motion graphics, captions, platform-ready exports
- 2+ years editing in marketing, agency, or brand content or a self made artist.
- Real hands-on AI video generation skill - not just dabbling
- Sharp instincts for what works on Reels vs. long-form vs. paid
- Command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
- A reel that shows range - AI-assisted work is a big plus
- Experience with consumer tech, D2C, or lifestyle brands
- Strong motion design or sound design chops
- Comfort with Midjourney, Firefly, or similar for supporting assets
