We're looking for a Video Editor who sees the story hidden inside the footage. Someone who can take raw clips, shape narratives, and deliver content that keeps people watching. You understand that great editing is more than transitions and effects — it's pacing, emotion, timing, and knowing exactly what to keep and what to cut.

If you care about storytelling as much as technical execution, you'll fit right in.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in video editing, post-production, content creation, or a related creative role.
• Strong editing skills across formats — short-form social content, brand films, ad campaigns, YouTube videos, and everything in between.
• Proficient in editing software such as Premiere Pro or equivalent. After Effects and motion graphics experience are a strong bonus.
• A strong storytelling instinct that goes beyond transitions and trending audio - you understand pacing, narrative structure, audience retention, and emotional impact.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality - you can manage feedback, tight deadlines, and changing priorities effectively.
• A portfolio that demonstrates versatility - not just polished edits, but clear examples of how your editing enhanced the story, message, or performance of the content.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Own the post-production process end-to-end - from raw footage to final delivery.
• Edit across formats: social content, ad films, brand campaigns, product videos, and YouTube content.
• Edit with intent - every cut, transition, and audio choice should serve the story.
• Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and what's actually performing - Reels, YouTube, and beyond.
• Manage your own timelines, revisions, and deliverables without needing to be chased.
