The Video Editor is responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging, and brand-aligned video content. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, storytelling ability, and creative judgment. The Video Editor works closely with the creative and design teams to deliver visually compelling narratives for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and brand communication.

- Edit and produce videos for campaigns, social media, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with art directors, designers, and copywriters to translate ideas into engaging visual formats.
- Handle end-to-end editing, including trimming, sequencing, transitions, colour correction, and audio sync.
- Create platform-specific edits for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels.
- Add graphics, titles, and animations where required to enhance storytelling.
- Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Organise and maintain video assets, raw footage, and project files efficiently.
- Stay up to date with editing trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Work closely with performance and social media teams to optimise videos for engagement.
- Strategic storytelling and brand-based visual communication.
- End-to-end video production for multi-platform campaigns.
- Collaborative creative processes in an integrated marketing environment.
- Balancing creativity with business and audience goals.
- Exposure to innovative formats and advanced editing tools.
- 2-5 years of experience in video editing within a creative or digital agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
- Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
- Understanding of brand communication and campaign requirements.
- Ability to deliver under deadlines with attention to detail and creativity.
- Team player with good communication and time management skills.
- Awareness of current video trends, formats, and social media aesthetics.
