Your Role

As a Veeva Vault Regulatory One Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and enhancing Veeva Vault Regulatory One solutions to support regulatory, quality, and packaging processes within FMCG environments. You will collaborate closely with business, regulatory, and IT teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and efficient solutions aligned with global standards.

In this role, you will:

• Configure and manage Veeva Vault Regulatory One applications including workflows, lifecycles, and object configurations.
• Develop and optimize solutions using VQL, REST APIs, and Vault configurations.
• Support and design integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP and PLM.
• Contribute to enhancements using Vault SDK (good to have).
• Ensure alignment with FMCG quality and packaging processes, including standards such as ISO and HACCP.

Your Profile

Experience

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Veeva Vault (Regulatory One).
• Strong expertise in:

• • VQL (Vault Query Language)
  • Workflow configuration and Vault setup
  • REST API integrations
• Exposure to Vault SDK (Good to have; not mandatory).
• Good understanding of ERP and PLM integration patterns.

Domain Knowledge

• Mandatory experience in FMCG domain, specifically in quality and packaging processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO and HACCP.
• Prior experience working with global FMCG brands is preferred.

Certifications

• Active Veeva Vault Admin Certification – Mandatory.
