User Researcher

About the Role

We are looking for a User Research Associate who will speak directly with users daily to gather feedback, understand pain points, and share actionable product insights with the team. This role is critical for improving user experience and driving product decisions. We are looking for the Voice of our Users.

What You Will Own (Responsibilities)

• The User Champion: Conduct 100s of user calls to uncover hidden pain points, motivations, and "Aha!" moments that data can't show.
• The Insight Engine: Don't just take notes—connect the dots. Synthesize hundreds of conversations that tell the Product Team exactly what to build next (and what to kill).
• Strategic Partner: Work side-by-side with Product Managers and Growth Leads. Your insights will directly influence the roadmap and business strategy.

Who You Are

• A Natural Conversationalist: You don't just listen; you hear what isn't being said. You can converse very well in Hindi & English.
• Curious by Default: You ask "Why?" until you get to the root cause. You are empathetic enough to understand the user's struggle and analytical enough to categorize it.
• Insight Builder: You can turn a messy 30-minute conversation into a clear, actionable 3-bullet insight that the team can act on immediately.
