Job Descriptio

  • n:Preparation of US Business Tax Returns (Form 1065,1120 & 1120s
  • ).Work on tax compliance, tax provisions, and supporting schedule
  • s.Prepare workpapers, adjustments, journal entries, and tax reconciliation
  • s.Handle multi-state tax returns and apportionment calculation
  • s.Analyze trial balances, financial statements, and general ledgers for tax preparatio
  • n.Prepare book-to-tax adjustments and M-1 / M-3 reconciliation
  • s.Coordinate with internal teams and onshore clients for data and clarification
  • s.Ensure timely filing and adherence to US tax regulations and deadline
  • s.Assist in tax research and documentation for compliance requirement
