Job Description:
- Manage and maintain property data within Yardi.
- Post rent, late fees, and other applicable tenant charges.
- Process tenant payments and maintain accurate payment records.
- Maintain tenant ledgers and perform balance reconciliations.
- Generate rent roll reports and monthly property performance reports.
- Respond promptly to tenant emails and portal inquiries.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Prepare lease agreements and renewal documentation.
- Send payment reminders, notices, and other tenant communications.
- Monitor and track lease expirations.
- Manage maintenance requests and service tickets.
- Assign work orders to local U.S. vendors.
- Collect and evaluate vendor bids for maintenance work.
- Track job completion and update the property management system accordingly.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and issues.
- Monitor rent collections and delinquent accounts.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports.
- Assist with bank reconciliations.
- Track vendor invoices and obtain necessary approvals.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in property management
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of U.S. residential leasing processes
- Proficiency with U.S. property management software such as Yardi
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
