Job Description

We are seeking an experienced US HR Operations Executive to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations supporting the US workforce. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR service delivery, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, audits, and stakeholder management. This role requires leading HR Operations teams, driving process excellence, ensuring compliance with US regulations, and delivering a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) HR Operations processes for US employees.Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, transfers, promotions, and separations.Ensure compliance with US employment regulations, I-9 verification, audits, document retention, and company policies.Drive operational excellence through SLA adherence, KPI management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.Oversee HRIS transactions and data integrity within systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.Partner with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams to resolve complex issues and escalations.Lead audit preparedness and support internal, external, and regulatory audits.Develop, standardize, and govern HR operational SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.Manage and mentor HR Operations team members, ensuring capability development and high-quality service delivery.Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and process optimization within HR Operations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 to 8 years of experience in US HR Operations.Strong understanding of US HR processes, compliance, payroll governance, and employee lifecycle management.Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.Proven experience in stakeholder management, team leadership, and service delivery in a shared services or GCC environment.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting US, UK, or global HR operations.Exposure to HR automation, AI-enabled solutions, and RPA initiatives.Certification in HR Operations, Workday, or HR Compliance is an added advantage.Experience working in a fast-paced shared services or global capability center environment.

Shift: 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM IST
