Job Description

• Provide specialized urological care and treatment to patients, utilizing expertise in endoscopic techniques and urological procedures.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical history evaluation and diagnostic imaging interpretation, to develop effective treatment plans.
• Perform complex surgical procedures using advanced surgical instruments and techniques, ensuring adherence to infection control practices.
• Deliver postoperative care, monitoring patients' recovery and managing any complications that may arise to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients with urological conditions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation of patient interactions, treatments, and progress in compliance with medical protocols.
• Offer emergency support for urological emergencies, demonstrating quick decision-making and effective intervention skills.
