Experience : 5 Years In Banking Sector( 2 Years in Managerial Role )

Role & Responsibilites :
Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Lead, guide, and motivate the branch team to achieve business targets.
Drive sales of banking products and services.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures.
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitability.
Handle branch audits, documentation, and risk management.
Qualification & Skills :
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management.
Good knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and regulations.
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
