WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Hard-working, compassionate people with passion towards social service. They will play a crucial role as facilitators at Upaay Kendra. At the core of health awareness, income/livelihoods, public sensitivity, agricultural consultation imparting knowledge about government schemes, with a strong local connect. They act as a bridge between rural society and public upliftment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Service oriented/ Seva-Bhav: People centric and sensitive
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Basic computer/technology knowledge/competence and admin experience
• 12th pass, graduates preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years work experience.
• General knowledge about government schemes/programs
• Preference to former Anganwadi workers, nurses, social workers
• Medical care is an additional benefit
• Must possess strong communication, leadership, and community outreach skills.
• Local understanding/awareness, familiarity to local languages
• Females preferred
• No domestic issues/problems, health ailments
• No form of political alignment (eg: party karyakarta)
  
  

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising attendance of field staff
• Daily monitoring field staff for productivity and quality
• Conduct/assist with medical screening
• Preparation for video consultations
• Coordination with HO and regional offices
• Generic facilitation related to documentation
• Maintaining logistics, survey gifts, keychains
• Managing inward and outward couriers
• Meeting with Gyaani/Sarpanch/MLA (once in a while)
• Providing advisory, consulting as per requirement and HO guidelines on the subject.
• Briefing and downloading and registration of “a” app on user’s phone
• Basic para-medical care responsibilities
• Maintaining visitor logbook
