The founding team has a wealth of operational and technical experience from companies like Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, Bloomreach, Convoy, Managed by Q, Deutsche Bank and the Boston Consulting Group.

About The Internship

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience across various aspects of our growing company. You’ll play a key role in supporting our user growth and operations, working on projects that directly impact our student athlete coaches and users.

Responsibilities

User Signup & Growth: Develop and implement creative strategies to attract new student users to the Just Coach platform. This may involve social media marketing initiatives, on-campus outreach programs, or other creative ideas.

On-Campus Marketing: Represent Just Coach at on-campus events, fairs, and student organization meetings. Develop engaging presentations and materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of Just Coach to students.

Data Analysis & User Research: Assist the team with analyzing user data to understand user behavior, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, or focus groups to gain insights into student needs and preferences.

Operations Support: Assist with various operational tasks, such as content creation, managing social media accounts, and providing administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited university; big plus if you are a current college athlete.

This is a remote role, but it is beneficial if you’re based in either San Francisco or Seattle (where our founders are located).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and effectively represent the Just Coach brand.

A passion for college sports and student success.

Creativity and initiative, with the ability to develop and execute independent projects.

Strong analytical skills and an interest in data-driven decision making.

Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
