VITSPL a US-based Software Development Company is looking for UI/UX Designer to join our Indore office. We are looking for someone, who enjoys working with a hands-on approach and can make an immediate contribution to our organization.

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions. Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own UI/UX end-to-end – from understanding user and business needs to flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and final delivery.
• Proficient with Figma, with working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and the ability to leverage AI tools to support your design workflow.
• Ensure high visual quality and precision across all design deliverables, with strong attention to detail, visual hierarchy, consistency, and overall polish.
• Strong familiarity with Android, iOS, and Material Design guidelines, and apply accessibility best practices throughout the design process.
• Apply strong UX and UI fundamentals including usability, interaction design, typography, color theory, and iconography to deliver intuitive, cohesive, and scalable user experiences.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of your designs and contribute to the iterative development process.
• Design scalable systems and have hands-on experience working with and evolving design systems that support future flexibility and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and business goals, translating them into intuitive and compelling user experiences.
• Effectively communicate ideas, confidently present design solutions, and explain the reasoning behind key design decisions.
• Continuously stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging UX/UI tools and technologies, with a strong focus on innovations relevant to capital markets, ensuring designs remain modern, competitive, and aligned with evolving user and business needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficient in Adobe XD and other design tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your process from concept to execution.
• Proficiency with user research methodologies, including usability testing, user interviews, and persona development.
• Confidence and strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain information clearly and simply.
