• Define the UI architecture and technology roadmap for enterprise-scale applications.
• Lead the development of scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end frameworks and component libraries.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for UI development.
• Drive technical design reviews and architectural decisions across multiple teams.

Quality Engineering & Playwright

• Define the organization’s UI automation strategy using Playwright.
• Design scalable automation frameworks supporting web applications and APIs.
• Integrate Playwright automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve release quality by increasing automation coverage and reducing UI regression defects.
• Establish testing best practices and quality metrics.
• Design and implement advanced UX-driven portals, enabling customers to configure and manage services through intuitive interfaces.
• Develop feature-rich React front-end applications.
• Integrate portals with backend services via REST/GraphQL.
• Implement visualizations and dashboards for usage and analytics.
• Ensure maintainable, scalable UI architectures.
  
  
  

Requirements

Experience : 10-14 years

• Client needs to develop a utility tool to migrate existing customers to the new system and the utility tool will require lots of UI/UX work.
• Should have prior expertise and experience of using Playwright for UI/UX testing
• Integrate Playwright automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• React.js,
• Redux/Context API
• Material UI
• Chart.js/D3.js ( need to check )
• REST/GraphQL APIs( need to check )
  
  
  

AI Skills

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Cascade, or similar.
• Prompt engineering for design and development productivity.
• AI-assisted UI generation and prototyping.
• AI-assisted test case generation and automation.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Understanding of AI-powered UX personalization is a plus
