About Position

We are looking for a senior leader to drive our Security Center of Excellence and Tools & Technology (T&T) charter for OT/IOT/IOMD Security Tower Lead. You will own strategy, build and lead teams, and deliver outcomes across this security tower.

What You’ll Do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the OT/IOT/IOMD Security Tower Lead tower.
• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing security engineering/consulting teams.
• Define service offerings, capabilities, accelerators, and best practices.
• Engage senior stakeholders and clients on security strategy and outcomes.
• Drive innovation, automation, and continuous capability uplift.
• Govern delivery quality, metrics, and operational excellence.

Expertise You’ll Bring

• Above 15 years of experience in ot/iot/iomd security tower lead.
• Deep expertise across OT/IOT/IOMD Security Tower Lead.
• Proven leadership of security teams, practices, or Centers of Excellence.
• Strong strategy, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Experience building capabilities, offerings, and accelerators.
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, or domain-specific) preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
