- ENABLING SALES MANAGERS TO EXPAND THEIR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK
- OBSERVING SALES ENCOUNTERS, STUDYING SALES RESULTS REPORTS; CONFERRING WITH AREA/DISTRICT SALES MANAGERS
- TRACKING, MANAGING & IMPROVISING ON IMPORTANT PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS LINKED TO SALES NETWORK’S KPI’S LIKE ATTRITION, RISK & OTHER BENCHMARKS.
- SUCCESSION PLANNING TO PREPARE BENCH STRENGTH FOR FUTURE LEADERS AND GROOMING THEM ON REQUIRED SKILL SET
