Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Stores Trainee with 0–1 year of experience in inventory and store operations, preferably in the LED lighting industry. The candidate will assist in managing stock, material receipts, dispatches, inventory records, and overall warehouse activities while ensuring accuracy and timely material movement.

Key Roles & Responsibilites

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing LED lighting materials, components, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
• Support material issuance to production, sales, or dispatch departments as per requirements.
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
• Assist in stock counting, cycle counting, and physical inventory audits.
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials.
• Maintain store housekeeping and ensure materials are stored safely.
• Update inventory data in ERP/software or Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store In-Charge.
  
  

Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduate / Diploma.
• 0–1 year of experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Experience or knowledge of LED lighting products and components will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory management systems.
