Responsibility for Quality Assurance from the stage of raw material to finished product, Ensuring product quality at standard with Quality best practice.

• Individual Sensory result score 100%.
  

Safety and upkeep of the assets of the organization

• Line score 100%.
  

Update/Use SAP MM module and M&W, Proactively plan and execute Maintenance Schedules in QC

• Line Code & Net Content Score 100%.
  

Lead and Manage Projects to ensure that business objectives are delivered

• QAS audit Score 98.
  

Ensure IQA facility and Standards as per Plan

Ensuring water quality is maintained under the water, Ensuring water quality is maintained under the water conservation recovery system

• Internal System Assessments 100%.
  

Internal Quality System should be assessment as per guidelines by Pepsi Co.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the food/beverages industry, with a focus on quality.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, complex, and inter-dependent organizational structure.
• Functional expertise in quality assurance and a strong understanding of concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of SAP MM and M&W modules is preferred.
• Familiarity with PepsiCo's quality guidelines and standards is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
