Key Objectives of this Role:
- Regional Total Rewards Approach & Governance
- Define and govern the Asia compensation and benefits approach aligned to business priorities, market competitiveness and cost efficiency.
- Lead regional salary structure design, annual compensation cycles and equity reviews with data‑driven insights that reduce risk and strengthen talent outcomes.
- Ensure policy governance, pay‑equity decision frameworks and audit‑ready documentation across all markets.
- Incentive Program Architecture & Effectiveness (Global)
- Design, optimize and govern short‑term and long‑term incentive programs that align payouts to business performance and talent plan.
- Partner with Finance and HR business partners to model financial implications, establish payout curves, and ensure global consistency and compliance.
- Monitor incentive program ROI, adoption and payout‑to‑performance alignment; recommend improvements based on market trends and internal analytics.
- Benefits Portfolio Optimization
- Govern regional benefits design, cost‑of‑care trends and employee insights.
- Deliver improved financial and service outcomes through annual vendor negotiations and experience‑based redesigns.
- Benchmark programs against regional practices to maintain competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Enablement & Communication
- Build and deliver Asia‑wide Total Rewards communication materials and leader‑enablement training to drive consistent understanding and adoption.
- Provide leaders with transparent frameworks, market insights and decision tools that strengthen reward governance and reduce exceptions.
- Partner with talent and business excellence teams to integrate Total Rewards insights into workforce planning and talent plan.
- Achieve ≥80% alignment between incentive payouts and business performance metrics across all major plans.
- Reduce pay‑structure exceptions and off‑cycle adjustments by ≥20% through governance and leader enablement.
- Deliver a cohesive global incentive architecture aligned to business and talent plan.
- A clear and actionable Asia Total Rewards approach
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced HR certification preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive compensation and benefits experience in a multinational environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing and governing incentive programs.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to model program and cost impacts.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional decision‑making.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder communication and analytical skills.
