Job Summary

Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end Record to Report process ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy.
Provide guidance and support to the finance team in resolving complex accounting issues.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Utilize your expertise in Store Operations to optimize financial processes and drive operational excellence.
Support the implementation of new financial systems and tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.
Contribute to the development of financial strategies that align with the companys objectives.
Qualifications
Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on financial data interpretation.
Demonstrate proficiency in Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes.

Show experience in process improvement and financial systems implementation.
