Role Description

Test Professional

• Performance of testing on various products as per Test order assigned in “e-lab”
• Test lab planning, scheduling, Offer, submission, and approval
• Test lab revenue monitoring & reporting
• Coordination of type tests with internal or external testing laboratories
• Acceptance of the test specimen / identity check
• Support during performance of tests.
• Preparation of test report and communication of results.
• Handling of calibration of test equipment’s, Preventive maintenance of testing equipment
• Collaboration within project teams, Operations, Quality, EHS, procurement.
• Contribution in procurement of test equipment’s, lab routine requirements, accessories,
  
  

etc

• Maintaining 5S housekeeping in laboratory, overall aesthetics, layouts etc
• Active participation in continual improvement drive in the complete facility
• Contribution in NABL accreditation of test lab
• Collaboration with GOA test laboratory for technical/Testing topics
  
  

EHS

• Ownership of EHS in Monitoring, reporting of UA/UC
• Ensuring zero accident culture in test laboratory operations
• Maintaining documentations of EHS requirement, HIRA, SOPs, Work permits,
• Participation in the internal audits, external audits
• Act as role model of complete EHS ownership.
  
  

Desired Skills

• Education: B.E/B. Tech Electrical
• Experience: 6-8 years in MV products AIS/GIS/Circuit breakers/Electrical Industry
