Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Circuit schematic.
- Knowledge on Automotive communication protocols.
- Good knowledge on Adv Microcontrollers, Analog and Digital Input& Output signals"
- Build New ATE's using Keysight and Nationals instrument Test Equipment’s. (PXI, LXI/GPIB)
- Design and Develop Test fixtures for ICT i3070 used in Production.
- Should development Test programs for Keysight i3070/Teradyne ICT.
- Designing the Testing Concepts and choosing hardware.
- Selection of best equipment’s and technologies to develop the Complete ATE
- Meeting with Customer and presenting the ATE status. Monitor FPY and NTF. Improve Yield.
- Create Standard Operating procedure, Checklist Preparation for Process verification.
- Able to use 6 Six sigma tools.
- Create FMEA Validation of testers (CpCpK, GR&R).
- Should debug the Circuit Problems and simulate signals to Measure analyse.
- Ability to solve complex production issues & provide good solution.
- Complete Running ATE Tester Developed ICT program.
- Flying Probe test Program.
- Design lead time/Review.
- Complete Fixture build, Lead time.
- Good Tester FP.
- High Tester MTBF.
- Communication, Teamwork, Analytical, Collaboration.
- Documentation and standard process, Customer complaints, etc.
- Production issues, UPDT, Checklist, Improvements, FPY.
- Spares list, PM checklist and calibrations, Training, MTBF, MTTR
- Technical Specification, Process, ECN PCN.
- Automotive Projects, RF products Development.
- BE/M tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years.
