Job Summary

A Road Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, constructing, and maintaining roads, highways, bridges, and transportation infrastructure. The role involves ensuring projects meet safety standards, quality requirements, environmental regulations, and are completed within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop road and highway infrastructure according to engineering standards.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and soil investigations.
• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Supervise road construction and maintenance activities.
