- Identify evolving market dynamics and develop channels to enhance business acquisition.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and recommend process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
Education
- Graduation: Any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in loan sourcing or retail banking
- Strong understanding of retail asset products and market trends
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on quality and compliance
