Job Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and providing information about our products or services. Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Receive and handle incoming customer calls
Explain company products/services clearly
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Update customer details in the system
Follow up with customers when required
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Requirements

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
Basic knowledge of computers
Ability to handle customer queries patiently
Willingness to learn and grow
