We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, qualifying leads, scheduling counselling appointments, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the admissions process through effective follow-ups.

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from assigned leads.
- Explain educational programmes and generate interest among prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with Academic Counsellors.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead information and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth lead handover.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with prospective students.
- Excellent verbal communication

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Minimum one year of telecalling experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Experience in education, admissions, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Professional training on educational programmes, communication, and sales techniques.
