Tele Callers - Inside Sales

Job Description:

BEACON India is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Tele Callers specializing in Inside Sales. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable solutions to enhance their business. You will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

- Reach out to prospective customers through phone calls and follow up on leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather relevant information.
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions from our product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in tele sales or inside sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Tools Required:

- CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales metrics.
- Phone and headset for making calls.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
- Internet access for researching potential clients and accessing online databases.
