This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office working the MID SHIFT. Hours are 1pm-10pm IST. Remote applicants will not be considered.

Job Description:

• Must be able to create end-user and training manuals, installation guide, online help systems and end-user reference contents.
• Write / Edit product related documents and develop new ideas for web content.
• Must be able to translate user information into user-oriented information for both nontechnical & technical audiences.
• Collaborate with the functional teams and define functional information about the product.
• Should be proficient to use various technical documentation tools like, Frame maker, Rob help, Visio, Snag IT, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to conduct necessary research (by interviewing SMEs or studying existing material) to produce accurate, comprehensive documents.
• Ability to create, assimilate, and convey technical material in a concise and effective manner.
• Ability to design documents to increase both readability and usability.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• The ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data/information discretely.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in writing end user manuals such as user guides, troubleshooting guide, installation guides, online help manuals.
• Experience working with Microsoft Word to create the end user documentation.
• Experience in creating manuals using MSTP guidelines.
• Ability to communicate with SMEs to gather the necessary information about the product workflows.
• Ability to think from the end user’ perspective while creating the documentation.
• Ability to create documentation templates.
• Ability to maintain the documentation version-wise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of U.S. HealthCare products such as Electronic Medical Records and Practice management System is an advantage.
