Through our Currencies Direct and TorFX brands we've been helping people do just that for over 25 years. With recent investment we're now on a mission to build a new range of digital products and services that will make moving money internationally for real estate purchases even easier.

We're on a mission to become the solution for real estate payments everywhere. To do this, we are transitioning our business from a horizontal FX platform to a verticalized, embedded software company, as we look to the future and Redpin 2.0.

As part of this mission, we're thrilled to announce we have opened a new office in Hyderabad!

About The Role

You will own the delivery of Redpin's most important cross-functional business initiatives — the programs the company is betting on — and be accountable for the outcome, not just the plan.

Success means bringing multiple teams into alignment on scope, dependencies, and timelines, holding that alignment as things change, and driving execution through to shipped. You'll operate across Engineering, Product, Operations, and the CTO's office, turning ambiguous, high-stakes goals into a plan teams believe in and then landing it. When a program starts slipping from green to yellow to red, you're the one who sees it first and does what it takes to turn it back

You'll do this as a nimble, async-first operator — not by filling calendars with status meetings.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of key cross-functional initiatives across Core Platform, from planning to ship.
• Drive quarterly planning: shape goals with leadership, decompose initiatives, map dependencies, and align teams on scope and timelines.
• Maintain an honest RAG view of program health; detect risk early, escalate the right issues to the right people, and drive the actions that turn red/yellow back to green.
• Unblock teams — broker decisions, remove dependencies, and make pragmatic calls rather than logging problems and waiting.
• Manage risk and dependencies across teams and third parties (banking partners, payment rails, critical vendors).
• Keep leadership informed through crisp written updates that drive decisions without a meeting.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs in a fast moving environment.
• Strong technical fluency — enough to earn engineers' trust, reason about architecture and trade-offs, and make pragmatic decisions.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management across ICs, managers, Directors, Product, Operations, and executive leadership; strong persuasion and influence without authority.
• Sharp risk and escalation instincts — you recognise "yellow turning red" early and know how to intervene.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to action; async-first working style.
• Experience with quarterly/OKR planning and dependency management at scale
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, FX, or banking, and comfort where compliance and delivery intersect.
• Exposure to third-party vendors, banking partners, or platform integrations.

Async-first and pragmatic. We default to writing, meet only when a decision needs a room, and value judgement over process. We're not looking for a TPM who runs programs by the book or blocks progress with ceremony — we're looking for the person who is the reason initiatives ship.
