We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, system design, engineering architecture, and enterprise workflow optimization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building complex B2B SaaS products from the ground up and has the technical depth to work closely with engineering teams while maintaining a strong focus on user needs and business outcomes. You will lead the development of sophisticated planning and decision-support systems, transforming business workflows into scalable digital products. The role requires ownership of product discovery, workflow design, system behavior, API expectations, data models, and platform architecture decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, implementation, and customer-facing teams to create intuitive, scalable, and configurable solutions that solve complex operational challenges. Success in this role requires strong product thinking, technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance short-term business requirements with long-term platform scalability and maintainability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery, strategy, and development for enterprise planning and workflow management platforms.
  • Translate business processes, user requirements, and operational workflows into detailed product specifications and scalable solutions.
  • Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), workflow diagrams, prototypes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Design product workflows, screen flows, business rules, planning logic, and configurable system behaviors.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on architecture decisions, API design, data models, system performance, and scalability.
  • Define platform capabilities around workflows, hierarchies, approvals, simulations, exceptions, versioning, and scenario planning.
  • Build UI mockups and functional prototypes using tools such as Figma and other prototyping platforms.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery coordination.
  • Balance customer requirements with long-term platform integrity, extensibility, and maintainability.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to product decisions involving system design and technical trade-offs.
  • Conduct internal and external product demonstrations, explaining workflows and capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work with implementation, customer success, and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and value realization.
  • Contribute to AI-driven product enhancements that improve automation, decision-making, workflow efficiency, and user productivity.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Engineering degree with 2–4 years of software engineering experience in backend or full-stack development.
  • 1–3 years of Product Management experience within SaaS, enterprise software, analytics, supply chain, planning, or B2B technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of System Design, API Design, and enterprise software architecture.
  • Proven ability to write detailed PRDs and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience working with complex workflows, configurable business rules, and large-scale data models.
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to balance business objectives, user experience, and technical constraints.
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, UI mockups, workflow diagrams, and product prototypes.
  • Knowledge of platform design principles, modular architecture, technical debt management, and scalability considerations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts and workflows to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with enterprise planning systems, analytics platforms, workflow automation, ERP, or decision-support systems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with forecasting systems, scenario planning, approval workflows, and operational planning processes is a plus.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and drive products from concept to successful delivery.
