  • Provide real-time guidance and support to improve conversions.
  • Ensure timely calling of allocated leads through dialer/CRM systems.
  • Drive conversion of leads into business (loan bookings, customer acquisition).
  • Monitor lead funnel (dial → connect → interested → conversion).
  • Optimize calling strategy to improve conversion ratios.
