- Manage a team of telecallers handling outbound lead calling campaigns.
- Monitor daily performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Conduct team huddles, briefings, and performance reviews.
- Provide real-time guidance and support to improve conversions.
- Ensure timely calling of allocated leads through dialer/CRM systems.
- Drive conversion of leads into business (loan bookings, customer acquisition).
- Monitor lead funnel (dial → connect → interested → conversion).
- Optimize calling strategy to improve conversion ratios.
