Team Lead – Civil Projects (L11 – L12 Grade)

Requirement

JSWSCPL - Rajpura is seeking an experienced professional to lead, plan, and execute civil engineering projects at the Rajpura plant, ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with safety and regulatory norms. Candidate will be reporting to Project Head.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects including industrial structures, plant infrastructure, and utilities.
• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, procurement, safety) and external agencies (contractors, consultants).
• Review and approve civil designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental norms, and company safety standards.
• Drive contractor performance management, including evaluation, billing verification, and dispute resolution.
• Implement best practices in project management, cost optimization, and quality assurance.
• Monitor site progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead site inspections, audits, and progress review meetings.
• Ensure adherence to JSW project execution standards and reporting system
  
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech). Master’s degree (M.Tech/MBA) preferred.

Skills

Minimum 20 years of experience in civil project execution, preferably in steel, power, cement, or heavy industrial sectors. Key Skills & Competencies:
