Job Summary

Serve as a Technology Specialist with deep hands on experience in Delphix GitHub Copilot and GenRocket to design implement and optimize modern test data and development workflows for enterprise systems in a hybrid work model. Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline test data provisioning improve code quality and accelerate delivery for complex platforms in areas such as cards and payments.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end to end test data management workflows using Delphix to ensure rapid secure and reusable data provisioning across multiple non production environments
• Implement advanced masking and data virtualization strategies with Delphix to protect sensitive information while enabling realistic testing for distributed applications
• Configure and maintain Delphix environments to support complex integration testing scenarios while improving environment stability and reducing data refresh effort
• Develop and refine AI assisted development practices using GitHub Copilot to increase code quality maintainability and delivery speed for application teams
• Create guidelines and patterns for effective and responsible GitHub Copilot usage that align with organizational coding standards and compliance expectations
• Build and maintain synthetic test data generation frameworks using GenRocket to cover diverse and edge case scenarios that are difficult to reproduce from production data
• Collaborate with architects engineers and quality specialists to integrate Delphix GitHub Copilot and GenRocket capabilities into continuous integration and test automation pipelines
• Analyze current development and testing processes to identify optimization opportunities and propose data and tooling solutions that reduce cycle time and defect leakage
• Provide technical guidance to project teams on troubleshooting issues related to test data virtual environments and AI assisted coding to minimize downtime and rework
• Document solution designs configuration standards and operational runbooks for Delphix GitHub Copilot and GenRocket so that teams can adopt and support the platform with confidence
• Coordinate with security and compliance stakeholders to ensure that all test data practices meet regulatory expectations in highly regulated domains such as cards and payments
• Monitor key metrics such as environment readiness data provisioning time and test coverage to demonstrate the business value of the implemented tools and to guide continuous improvement
• Engage with product owners and delivery teams in a hybrid work setting to prioritize initiatives that most effectively enhance customer experience and operational resilience
• Drive knowledge sharing sessions and hands on workshops that help teams use Delphix GitHub Copilot and GenRocket capabilities in a consistent and efficient manner across projects
  
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong experience using Delphix for data virtualization masking and refresh automation across multiple application landscapes and release cycles
• Apply advanced proficiency with GitHub Copilot to support developers through high quality code suggestions refactoring options and test creation guidance in day to day work
• Use solid expertise in GenRocket to design and maintain reusable synthetic data models rules and scenarios that support functional integration and performance testing
• Bring practical exposure to cards and payments systems to better design data sets test flows and validation checks that reflect real world transaction patterns and compliance needs
• Communicate effectively with technical and non technical partners to explain tool capabilities data strategies and trade offs in simple and practical terms
• Manage time and priorities independently in a day shift hybrid model while coordinating effectively with distributed teams and shared service functions
