(THE ROLE)
Talent Consultant.
(requirements)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Master’s degree in related areas is an advantage
- Have at least 3+ years of experience in IT Industry
- Experience of working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday
- Exposure to domains – HCM, Payroll (mandatory)
- Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above mentioned application based on client specifications
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneous or experience of working for large enterprise clients
- Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful
- Strong communication skills
