Office Hours: 09:30 am to 7 pm

Working Days: 1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday Off & working on 2nd & 4th Saturday

  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication (Written and Spoken) in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in MS Excel for reporting
  • Ability to work on multiple roles simultaneously across different domains.
  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented and proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel within the city for recruitment needs.
  • Good sense of responsibility and ownership.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical, Non-Technical (including Sales), and Blue-Collar positions.
  • Ensure timely closures by meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring targets.
  • Understand job requirements (JDs) shared by hiring managers and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Define and implement appropriate candidate selection criteria.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment sources.
  • Coordinate and manage the complete interview process, including resume screening, telephonic screening, assessments, interview scheduling, and final selection.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles, resumes, and contact information using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare and refine job descriptions and interview questionnaires based on role-specific requirements.
  • Support and lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's talent attraction efforts.
  • Plan, organize, and participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with past applicants and prospective candidates to develop a robust talent pipeline.
  • Handle high-volume recruitment while ensuring quality hiring and adherence to timelines.
  • Travel to different office locations across Vadodara as per business requirements.
  • Maintain an accurate candidate database, recruitment trackers, and dashboards, and generate regular hiring reports for management.
