Systems Administrator

Responsibilities -

• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers and enterprise infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user permissions.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and server health.
• Configure and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware/Hyper-V.
• Maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Handle backup management and disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor IT security, antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewall policies.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for server, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and IT asset records.

Requirements -

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified, RHCE/RHCSA, CCNA/CCNP, VMware Certification, AWS/Azure Certifications.
