Supply Chain AI lead (SCM)

Capgemini is a global major in value-added Digital Supply Chain services for its clients. This is also a key focus area of organization growth. As an Agentic AI Lead, you will spearhead the next generation of intelligent, autonomous supply chain solutions by leveraging AI agents, GenAI, and decision intelligence. You will define and drive AI-led transformation strategies that move beyond automation to self-orchestrating supply chains delivering agility, resilience, and measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of Supply Chain, AI Strategy, and Digital Transformation

AI Strategy & Transformation Vision:-

• Define and drive the Agentic AI vision and roadmap for supply chain transformation programs
• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases such as autonomous planning, self-healing supply chains, and intelligent order management
• Align AI strategy with business objectives including cost optimization, service levels, resilience, and agility
• Champion adoption of GenAI, AI agents, and decision intelligence frameworks across engagements
  
  

Solution Architecture & Design:-

• Design end-to-end agent-based supply chain architectures spanning planning (Demand, Supply, S&OP) and execution (Logistics, Order Management, Manufacturing)
• Define interaction models between AI agents, human decision-makers, and enterprise systems
• Integrate AI capabilities with ERP and supply chain platforms (SAP S/4HANA, IBP, Kinaxis, o9, etc.)
• Establish scalable data, model, and governance frameworks to support AI solution development and deployment
  
  

Innovation & Thought Leadership:-

• Provide thought leadership to build Agentic AI assets, frameworks, and knowledge capital
• Develop AI-led supply chain transformation offerings and support large deal pursuits with differentiated solutions
• Create reusable accelerators, demos, and solution artifacts to strengthen GTM capabilities
• Build POVs on autonomous supply chains, multi-agent orchestration, and AI governance in enterprise operations
• Track emerging trends (LLMs, digital twins, simulation, reinforcement learning) and translate them into actionable opportunities
• Publish whitepapers, engage in client forums, and contribute to positioning as a market leader in Agentic AI
• Technical: - AI expert to lead development of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI use cases for supply chain.
• Experience with: GenAI / LLMs (agent frameworks, copilots), AI/ML models in forecasting, optimization, simulation, Agentic frameworks (multi-agent orchestration, decision engines)
• Exposure to tools/platforms: SAP AI / Joule, Microsoft AI stack, Databricks, AWS/GCP AI, SCP tools (Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, etc.)
• Strong data architecture and analytics understanding
• Functional: Strong expertise in E2E Supply chain management (planning, inventory, logistics, order-to-cash, and network optimization Etc). Deep understanding of supply chain pain points and transformation levers processes in these areas are advantage.
• Analytical: Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, high-level company financial to identify opportunities, develop insights and prepare business cases.
• Familiarity with various AI-first or AI-hybrid commercial models is beneficial.
  
  

Primary Skills

• 14+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, or operations role with proven experience in leading digital / AI transformation
• Experience in FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing industry. Multinational exposure is preferred
• Deep understanding of supply chain pain points and transformation levers
• Relevant Agentic AI specific certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Tier-1 Engineering Colleges preferred)
• MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics /Engineering (preferred)
