Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

• Logic Implementation: Independently implement turbine control logics into DCS/PLC systems.
• Quality Inspections: Manage customer / supplier quality clearances based on contractual obligations, including witness inspections and documentation reviews.
• Supplier & Customer Management: Act as the primary, independent interface for suppliers and customers regarding technical and quality alignments.
• Issue Resolution & RCA: Handle site and customer complaints, lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on critical site/supplier Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and drive process improvements at supplier facilities.
• Quality Audits: Conduct comprehensive product and process audits at supplier locations to ensure compliance during on boarding and regular intervals.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) for the sustainable optimization of products and processes.
• Knowledge Management: Capture lessons learned and best practices from past projects, and proactively share these insights with all relevant stakeholders.
• Product Safety: Ensure strict adherence to defined safety processes, methods, and legal requirements. Maintain a duty to escalate/warn the line organization if technical results or methods fail to comply with industry standards.
  
  

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Controls (I&C)
• Experience: ~5-7 years for Diploma, ~3-4 years for Bachelor degree
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• In depth knowledge of IS/IEC relevant to instrumentation will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills: verbal as well as written
• Collaborative skill to handle stakeholders
• Automation Expertise: Proven capability in handling instrumentation commodities (e.g., Governors, CPCs, switches, gauges, and transmitters for pressure, temperature, level, and flow).
• Governor Knowledge: Deep understanding of various governor types, such as Woodward, T3000, and Turloop.
• Quality Standards: Certified Internal Auditor with robust, practical know-how of ISO 9001 standards.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong background in driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Strong independent ownership, excellent communication skills for handling customer clearances, and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional improvements.
