We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Subject Matter Expert – Fund Accounting.

In This Role, You Will

• Responsible for ensuring quality pack deliverables for several portfolios of Alternate & Private Asset funds include Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate funds, Stat reporting.
• Individual will be responsible for supporting Fund Services - Accounting & Valuation and Stat Reporting covering Europe, MENA, APAC region for single or multiple clients.
• Primary responsibility of preparing Pre & Post NAV activities & NAV packs and performing checker activities as and when required.
• Making / Reviewing of Financial statements and Year-end working papers as per requirement. Raising the exceptions with appropriate teams to ensure the actions of the same before finalizing the package.
• Role will be of individual contributor nature and will not have team reporting to the role. Initiatives to demonstrate the application of principles in the day-to-day work environment Participation and support provided to initiatives taken by other teams.
  
  

To Be Successful You Will

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other qualifications like CA /CMA Qualified to intermediate with relevant/accounting work or article ship experience
• Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets, Financial instruments, Accounting and its Principles with Life cycle of NAV process.
• Proficiency in EXCEL essential. Ability to Speak and understand English and communicate effectively. Good interpersonal, teamwork skills, organized, Proactive with solutions and detail oriented.
• Knowledge in custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds and reconciliations in Fund Industry will be added to the advantage.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg / Reuters, other reconciliation and accounting applications used across industry
