- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
- Handle customer queries effectively and escalate complex issues.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including features and benefits.
- Communicate product value and support store sales targets.
- Stay updated on new collections and promotions.
- Adapt to shift timings, store requirements, and transfers within the cluster.
- Maintain punctuality and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Support store operations such as deliveries, online orders, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and visually appealing.
- Follow SOPs, policies, and theft-prevention protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Show sensitivity while addressing customer concerns and use good judgment in difficult situations.
- Graduate / HSC (Freshers) / SSC qualification with 2 years of
- Must be above 18 years of age and below 28 years of age
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Flexibility and adaptability
