Job Purpose: Identify and develop retail outlets in the zone, monitor retail outlet development to meet LOA milestones and commissioning targets within defined timelines. Facilitate early commissioning of ROs during the ramp-up phase.
Responsibilities
Business Plan Implementation
Set ABP targets for the zone and plan divisional business plans.
Define sales targets for MS, HSD, Lubes, and NFR.
Implement business plan budgets and support faster commissioning of ROs as per ramp-up plan with TSM and team.
Marketing & Branding
Plan zonal marketing activities and branding initiatives.
Drive NFR activities across divisions.
Standardization
Ensure complete standardization of all retail outlets in the zone as per company specifications.
High-Visibility Site Development
Participate in selecting high-visibility sites.
Monitor development of flagship ROs and ensure early commissioning.
People Management
Motivate and retain field force.
Counsel underperformers and take corrective actions when necessary.
Legal Compliance
Ensure proper documentation of franchisee agreements and related documents to avoid legal issues.
Liaisoning
Liaise with government officials for mandatory approvals.
Maintain contact with OMC personnel for smooth supply from depots.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations by divisions.
Qualifications
Qualification: Graduate Engineer or Postgraduate in Marketing Management.
Experience: 22+ years in petroleum marketing and retail operations.
